The Alien That Will Enrich TV Experience

It looks like the Android invasion does not stop on mobile phones, and is now headed to the most powerful screen – the television. The Switzerland-based Myriad Group, the ones who were trying to fit the Android OS to other devices and equipment, are now attempting to bring the Android to the television using their Alien Davlik technology. Dubbed the 'Alien Vue', this enterprise looks ambitious but is certainly not impossible.

With the Alien Vue, the Myriad Group aims to bring the Android applications to the television. This may open up possibilities for web-browsing, multimedia recording and gaming, like never before, with the Android device as the console and the television as the output. The idea is to enable Alien Vue to work with multiple devices, including Android tablets. Also, it aims to level the TV market competition by enabling other TV service providers to join in the fray and compete with Apple, Google and others. Certainly, that's interesting.

No doubt, the Alien Vue will enrich the television experience. The tech circles are excited with the hundreds of possibilities that will open up once the Android is brought into the big screen. Just imagine watching YouTube videos or checking out recent tweets on the TV. But to date, the Myriad Group is yet to set the release date of Alien Vue.
